Reviews
What valley homeowners say.
"They re-roofed our house in three days, cleaned up spotless, and the estimate was the final price. Couldn't ask for more."
"Had a bad leak during the winter storms. Homestead tarped it the same day I called and had the repair done that week. Honest crew, fair price."
"Got three quotes for a full tile roof. Homestead wasn't the cheapest, but they explained every line and the workmanship is flawless. Zero surprises."
"Replaced our shingle roof and the gutters. On time every single day, protected the landscaping, and left the yard cleaner than they found it."
"The free inspection actually saved us money — they found the leak was just flashing, not the whole roof, and fixed it for a fraction of what we feared."
"Storm tore shingles off overnight. They were out first thing, tarped it, worked with our insurance, and the new roof looks better than the original."

Common Questions
Answers before you climb up.
Straight talk on inspections, insurance, materials, and timelines — the questions Temecula homeowners ask us most.
Is the roof inspection really free, and how do your quotes work?
Yes — every inspection is free and no-pressure. We get on the roof, document the condition with photos, and hand you a clear written estimate with the price broken out line by line. The number we quote is the number you pay; there are no surprise change orders once we agree on the scope.
My roof was damaged in a storm — can you help with the insurance claim?
Absolutely. We inspect and photo-document the storm damage, meet your adjuster on site, and provide the itemized paperwork your insurer needs to approve the claim. If there’s an active leak, we tarp and secure it the same day so the damage doesn’t spread while the claim is processed.
What materials do you use, and how is the roof warrantied?
We install GAF-certified shingles, concrete and clay tile, and flat-roof systems rated for SoCal sun and wind. Every job carries our workmanship warranty on the labor plus the manufacturer’s material warranty — and because we’re GAF-certified, you qualify for extended factory coverage most contractors can’t offer.
Do you offer financing on a new roof?
Yes. A full replacement is a real investment, so we offer flexible financing with several term options, including low- and no-money-down plans for qualified homeowners. We’ll walk you through the monthly numbers right alongside your estimate so nothing is a surprise.
How long does a full roof replacement take?
Most Temecula homes are torn off and re-roofed in two to four days, depending on the size, pitch, and material — tile runs a little longer than shingle. We give you a firm schedule up front, show up when we say, and clean the site down to the last nail before we leave.
