A re-roof is the biggest thing your home wears. We treat it that way — stripping the old roof to the deck, inspecting and repairing the wood underneath, then rebuilding with high-temp underlayment, new flashing, and premium shingle or tile matched to your home.
You get a written scope, a fixed price before we start, and a crew that protects your landscaping, runs magnets over the yard for stray nails, and leaves the site cleaner than they found it.
The Process

Free inspection & measure
We assess the roof top to bottom, document it with photos, and measure for an exact written quote — no pressure.
Tear-off & deck check
We strip the old roof to the deck and inspect the sheathing, replacing any dry-rotted or water-damaged wood before we build.
Underlayment & flashing
High-temp synthetic underlayment, new valley metal, and fresh flashing at every wall, vent, and chimney — where most leaks actually start.
Shingle or tile install
Your chosen system installed to manufacturer spec by our own crew, with proper ventilation for a cooler attic and a longer roof life.
Walkthrough & cleanup
We walk the finished roof with you, magnet-sweep the yard, haul every scrap, and don't call it done until you agree it is.

We install GAF-certified systems and quality tile — and back the labor ourselves.
Built from the deck up
Synthetic high-temp underlayment, ice-and-water shield in the valleys, and new flashing throughout — the layers you never see are the ones that keep you dry.
